Sample Patient Demographic Representations

In V2, patient demographic information is represented in txt format and is carried in the PID segment of each V2 message structure. In CDA, patient demographic information is represented in xml format and is carried in the recordTarget structure of each CDA document. In FHIR, patient demographic information is represented in json or xml format and is carried in a Patient Resource structure.
